Whilst we will always try to accommodate slight delays, due to the tight scheduling of the appointments if you are more than 5 minutes late, it may be necessary to rebook your appointment.  In these circumstances, we treat it as a cancellation. In this case you will be required to rebook for another time and pay another £35 consultation fee.
