Why do you ask me to upload my paper prescription to the patient portal and to wait for a quote before posting it?

Before posting your original prescription, we kindly ask you to upload a photo of it to our Patient Portal. This allows us to carry out preliminary checks—confirming the prescription is valid and in date—so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

That way, you can decide whether you’d like to proceed before sending us the physical copy. It also gives us a reference in case the original is lost or delayed in the post.
