After your order is confirmed, please allow from 0-2 working days for delivery of off the shelf medication and from to 3-5 working days for compounded items that we need to manufacture in our labs.

Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on Monday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. For next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm the day before.

If there is a stock issue, we will notify you and provide an approximate date for delivery, or where appropriate offer an alternative.
