If you have run out of medicine and don’t have a new prescription, then we can provide up to 7 day’s worth of medicine as an emergency supply.

Our pharmacists will need to see that this is your current medication and that you have been on the same dose and strength for your last few prescriptions for this to be safe.

We will charge for the 7-days supply of medicine, plus delivery.

Once you have received your medicine, you will need to provide us with a new prescription from your clinic as soon as possible.   If you normally deal directly with your clinic, please contact your clinic to arrange this.  If you normally source your prescriptions via eRoseway,

Upon receiving the new prescription, we will deduct 7 day’s worth of medicine from the amount prescribed.
