Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective, or we have dispensed the incorrect products.

We’re sorry, but if there is nothing wrong with the medication itself it can’t be refunded in the event that you have a reaction to it,  don’t like it or no longer need it.

You can always return your medication to Roseway Labs or to any other pharmacy for safe disposal.

Products returned to us by Royal Mail cannot be resent as there are strict guidelines regarding the safety and storage conditions of medication and they need to be destroyed.
