Unfortunately, we cannot amend an existing prescription. However, we can cancel a current prescription so you can get a new one prescribed with the desired changes. To do this:

If you are a prescriber, please log in to your portal to cancel the previous prescription you issued, and then follow the steps to create a new prescription.

If you are a patient, please email our customer service at info@rosewaylabs.com team to cancel your prescription and get touch with your prescriber to reissue the prescription with the necessary amendments.
